Flipkart fulfillment centers run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means there are always night shifts happening. The work during night shift is the same as day shift — picking items, packing orders, sorting shipments, loading trucks. The difference is the atmosphere.

At night, the warehouse is quieter. There are fewer managers around. The pace is slightly more relaxed because there is less foot traffic. Many workers actually prefer night shifts for this reason.
