250 Openings | Marasandra, Kolar | ₹18K-₹22K + Free Cab | Immediate Joining
Malur BTS FC is one of Flipkart's biggest fulfillment centers in Karnataka. It sits in the Kolar district, about 60 km from Bangalore. The facility handles packing, sorting, and dispatch for millions of orders across South India. Right now, 200 people are needed for the Fulfillment Center and 50 more for the Mother Hub sorting facility — 250 openings in total, hiring immediately.
If you live in Malur, Tekal, Devalapura, Hoskote, Kadugodi, or nearby areas, the free cab makes this job easy to reach. You do not need a degree or warehouse experience. If you can read basic Kannada or English, follow instructions, and stand for 8–9 hours, you qualify. Pay starts at ₹18,000 and goes above ₹22,000 with overtime and night shifts. No hidden cuts, no middlemen, no commission. We do direct recruitment — you apply, we verify, you join. Check our worker reviews to hear from people already working here.
The FC is at Marasandra and Madnahatti villages, Venkatapura, Kasaba Hobli, Malur Taluk, Kolar district — 563130. This is where Flipkart stores inventory, picks individual customer orders, packs them, and sends them out. It is a permanent Flipkart facility with conveyor belts, scanning stations, and proper lighting — not a temporary setup.
Working inside the FC means you handle orders from start to finish. A customer places an order on the app. Your scanner tells you where the item is. You walk to that rack, pick the item, bring it to packing, seal the box, and send it to dispatch. The whole chain depends on you doing your part. Every step is tracked, so there is accountability. It is simple once you learn the flow. Most people pick it up within a week.
Picker — You get order details on a scanner. Walk to the rack, find the product, scan it, bring it to packing. You walk 8–12 km inside the warehouse per shift. Comfortable shoes are a must.
Packer — Sit at a packing station. Verify the item against the order, choose the right box, add bubble wrap if needed, seal and label. Accuracy matters — wrong packing leads to returns and affects team targets.
Scanner — Stand at entry and exit points. Scan every package. Track inventory movement. Flag any mismatch. Good for people who like staying in one area and paying attention to details.
Mover — Move packed boxes from packing line to dispatch. Load pallets. This is physical work — good if you prefer active work over sitting all day.
DEO (Data Entry Operator) — Type order details, inventory counts, and dispatch records into the system. Basic computer knowledge and typing speed help, but the warehouse trains you if needed.
The MH is on NH4, Swami Vivekananda Road, Tavarekere, Venkatapura, Kolar. This is different from the FC — the MH handles bulk sorting of packages arriving from multiple fulfillment centers. Trucks come in loaded with thousands of boxes. Your job is to sort them by destination and load them onto the right outbound vehicles.
MH runs around the clock with three shifts. The morning shift handles outbound dispatch. The afternoon shift manages incoming truck unloading. The night shift handles overnight sorting for early morning deliveries. A single shift can process 30,000 to 50,000 packages depending on the season. The pace is faster than the FC because you are dealing with bulk volumes.
FC vs MH difference: The FC processes individual customer orders (pick, pack, ship). The MH processes bulk shipments (unload trucks, sort packages, reload outbound trucks). FC work is more walking and packing. MH work is more heavy lifting and sorting. Pick what suits you.
Loader — Load sorted packages onto outbound trucks. Boxes range from 1 kg to 25 kg. The facility provides back belts and safety gloves. Breaks every two hours.
Unloader — Receive incoming trucks, pull packages off, place them on the sorting belt. Physical work but the pay reflects that. Night shift unloaders get extra allowance.
Scanner — Stand at sorting belt junctions. Scan each package and make sure it goes to the right conveyor line. A mis-sort means a delivery delay. Attention to detail is key.
DEO (Data Entry Operator) — Enter dispatch manifests, truck loading summaries, and exception reports. Coordinate with the supervisor on any mismatches between physical count and system records.
This is physical work, not a desk job. You stand, walk, lift, and move for most of your shift. If you have any health concerns, mention them during the application so we can find a suitable role.
Fulfillment Center (FC):
Sorting Center (MH):
The MH has an extra afternoon shift because sorting volume peaks between 4 PM and 1 AM when FC dispatches arrive for consolidation. Shifts are assigned based on operational needs. You cannot pick your shift, but you can discuss preferences with HR after joining.
Your fixed take-home is ₹14,280. The extras stack on top. Work 20 hours of overtime in a month? That is another ₹3,000. Night shift workers get ₹1,440 extra. Attendance bonus of ₹500 pays when you clock all 26 working days. Leave encashment kicks in after 3 months. Real example: A night shift worker doing 15 hours of OT takes home roughly ₹14,280 + ₹1,440 + ₹2,250 + ₹500 = ₹18,470. Add leave encashment and you are at ₹19,500+. Regular OT workers cross ₹22,000 comfortably. For a detailed breakdown of how this compares to other Flipkart facilities, see our salary guide.
Daily pickup and drop cab runs from these points. Morning shift pickup starts around 7:30 AM. Night shift pickup starts around 5:30 PM. Exact timings are shared after joining.
Not on this list? Talk to HR. They sometimes add new stops based on demand from specific areas. The cab is non-AC but reliable. It gets you to work and back at no cost.
